About Us

We're Upscale Rummage and Furniture Warehouse, and we've been a volunteer-based non-profit resale shop supporting those in need here in Libertyville, IL, since 1999. Our store features antiques, second-hand clothing, holiday decorations, and more! We give back to our community by offering quality merchandise to the public at affordable prices. Our inventory is always changing so come back often! We have a variety of items for every person on your list including furniture, electronics, lighting, jewelry, clothing, and more! We're looking forward to partnering with Libertyville, Waukegan, and Lake Bluff to continue to provide our community with quality home goods, clothing, furniture, and more! Our Story

Upscale Rummage and Furniture Warehouse has been providing exceptional resale and thrift furniture, jewelry, clothing, and home décor products to Libertyville and the surrounding areas since 1999. Founder and President Renee Baldwin initially started as a once per month rummage sale, and as the demand for her services grew, the business did as well. Renee is proud to be operating a volunteer based non-profit resale shop that’s been supporting those in need for over 20 years.

We sell high quality furniture and collectibles including lamps, glassware, appliances, electronics, tools, holiday gifts, home décor, jewelry, clothing, antiques, and fans. Our inventory is constantly changing, giving you lots of opportunities to find that perfect piece to finish a room. Design you rooms around classic Victorian, Art Deco, and other retro styles in our inventory. Our vast inventory includes one of a kind pieces, and we conveniently offer local delivery services to bring items directly to you. As a donation center, we also offer donation product pick-ups.

Here at Upscale Rummage and Furniture Warehouse we can take the stress out of the donation and resale process. Online ordering is available through our various platforms. Bring us your items, and we'll give you an appraisal of its value and sell it for you!

Do you think you've got your line up of unmissable Chicago thrifts sorted? You are wrong... unless you've already been to Upscale Rummage already and this is your number #1 thrifting experience. No thrift store in Chicago gets even near the fabulousness of this place. It's huge but it is not filled with garbage. New and incredible stuff comes in every week! Great antique and modern furniture, light fixtures, books, records, clothes, jewelry, kitchenware, gardening, sport gears, textiles, rugs, mirrors and art... they also have a year-round Xmas shop and regular department discounts. This shop is also incredibly well curated. Items are very fairly priced too. Rene', the owner, and her army of charming helpers are a true delight. Always smiling and welcoming. We bought so much from this store. It has brought so much joy. We end up there almost every week and rarely leave empty handed. And the money goes to charity. I mean, what more do you want? This is the one and only thrift store in you need. Chicagoans, take a trip to Libertyville and learn how it's done. If you have not been to Upscale Rummage yet, you don't know what thrifting is about. Go. NOW!
